The Apartment
The apartment, recently renovated, is located at street level and offers all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay focused on convenience. Wi‑Fi service is free and available throughout the house. During the summer season the air conditioner can make your rest more pleasant (even though it is rarely necessary to turn it on), while in the autumn and winter season heating is available via wood stove, heat pump or radiators. It can comfortably accommodate five people and has an area of about 90 sqm divided into a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with three beds), fitness area with mini gym and Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, full bathroom with shower and bathtub. The Genoese mosaic terrazzo floors and the decorative stucco on walls and ceilings make the setting pleasantly classic. From every window you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley below, the Ligurian countryside and the bay of Moneglia. Next to the apartment, and reachable via a staircase, there is a comfortable and pleasant relaxation area with garden, green space for children’s games, sun loungers, parasol, small tables and a barbecue area.
The kitchen is supplied with dishes, hob, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, American coffee machine, moka pots, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table up to six seats, sat TV, optional high chair for kids. In the living room with sofa, equipped with flat‑screen sat TV, board games, children’s games, books, puzzles, radio‑CD system and DVD player are available.
In the double bedroom a travel cot is available; the second room is equipped with a desk and changing table. Both rooms have wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables and bed linen.
Of course, our welcome Guests have a washing machine and complete sets of bathroom linen at their disposal.
